What are the shipping fees?

Flat Shipping $5.99
Free shipping in the US when purchasing $149+.
Canada Shipping $20 up to $50 and $25 on orders $50+
International shipping starts at $20 up to $50 and $35 on orders $50+

How long does it take to ship my order?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. Processing time includes order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.  We strive to get your package to you as soon as possible. Contact if you have questions.

Can I track my order?

Yes.  Once an item has shipped you will be notified by email with tracking information.

International Orders

All international orders are final. Customers are responsible for all customs, duty taxes or fees that may become due upon receipt of package.

Please note that import duties, fees or taxes may apply for deliveries outside of the United States and are not included in your order’s total. Bodoke Kids Boutique assumes no responsibility for any import duties/customs charges. We will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused or returned. 

What is your return policy?

- We understand that sometimes purchases just don’t work out. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us at within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. After that, we will not be offering any refunds or exchange. 

- Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, and in NEW condition with original clothing tags. We will do all we can to make it right. Please note we do not accept returns for swimsuits, personalized items, and final sale from the sale section.

- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

- Shipping feed will not be refunded

- Items purchased with store credit or gift card cannot be refunded.

- In case your order falls within the free shipping threshold, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

- Bodoke Kids Boutique will not  be responsible for lost or delayed packages.

- Please make sure your address is correct, we will not be responsible for missing or incorrect address.

- Please contact your local post office if you don't receive your package even when it says 'delivered' on the tracking info.

Where do your products ship from?

We ship from Utah, USA

Tracking numbers states 'delivered' but I didn't get it.

Please note that once we ship your order out, we're no longer responsible for your package. We do not issue refunds on misdelivered package. Please contact your local post office if you don't receive your package even if the tracking says it's been delivered. You can also file a claim online. Thank you for understanding. 

Is my personal information secure?

At Bodoke Kids Boutique, we keep the highest standards for payments and processing. Your personal information and credit card details are encrypted during the payment process. Your payment info is only used for the transaction and is not stored.

What's the washing instructions?

Most of our items can be machine washed in a gentle cold cycle. Turn clothes inside out and lay it flat to dry for better results.
